I want to help animals. Do you know how I could do that?

At your age since you can't really have a job yet, just ask your parents to take you to the closest (SPCA) Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. There's one close to every town now a days. You could probably help out by volunteering some of your time to help feed the animals or take them for walks. It'll also be good experience to apply for a job later on.

Raise Money And Give the money to A Vets Or When old enough volunteer To work at a animal place :)

u just try 2 keep some type of food out f the house every day and observe hu eats tht cotinue this for a week then u be out f the house with the food the animal will come till your hands to eat itt ......i have done tht

Shelters need volunteers to walk the dogs. And they need donations of cat and dog food, litter and toys.

study to become a vet! you'll get paid a lot for doing something you love. isn't that the dream life? :]
