why is everyone criticizing dale jr?

You know and I know he has talent, but Brian France wants the world to think Dale Jr doesn't have talent. Why do you think Rick Hendrick made room for him?

he is my favorite driver and even i criticize him sometimes. its just kind of frustrating watching your favorite driver cruise around when things aren't going his way. there is allot of people out there that think he wouldn't be where he is today without his famous last name. i believe he does have talent and is a potential Winner, (when his car is right). something is not clicking with him at hendricks, i believe he needs to move on after his contract expires. there has been talk that maybe he should race his own team cars in cup. after seeing petty fold up i am not sure that would be a good move financially at this time. we will have to see what the future holds for JR.

cockey one - Trust me there's a lot more Kyle Busch fans that are a lot worse than any JR fan. Like Jrh88er and 2009SS that want to count Nationwide and Trucks numbers with Cup and count them all as Cup. But my bad for standing behind my driver no matter what unlike some fans that will switch bandwagons. And before you say JR fans jumped on the bandwagon, I didn't because I started to like JR in 2000 when he came into Cup and after Dale Sr. died JR just basically moved from 2nd to 1st favorite of active drivers but Dale Sr. is still my favorite driver. Plus not all JR fans are the same just like not all fans are the same in general so don't group all JR fans as the same and all being like you describe. If you had more than 2 brain cells you'd realize that.

Not happening for Jr.

Part of it is because of the Junior Nation. They make such ridiculous claims that it results in other fans bashing him. Many Junior fans are convinced that there is a massive conspiracy against Junior even though that the best thing that could happen to NASCAR would be if Junior became the most dominate driver in NASCAR.
