when i plug in my iPhone into my computer it won't show up on iTunes... please please help!!

    Go to www.apple.com/support and check the FAQ - It is there.

    on your ipod press the menu and center button at the same time and hold. between 6 and 10 seconds the screen will go black and have the apple symbol. after it resets itself you can sync it to your computer. hope this helps.
