What's a good price for either of these paintings?

Update 2:

Yeah my dad and I are framing them, he's got a mat cutter from a garage sale or something like that, but I also got some decent pre-cut mats and decent frames at Michael's.

It really depends on how much money people have in your area and how big of a city you live in. 8 X 10 isn't very big if that is in inches, but they have a certain simple charm that I think people would want to buy, but you'd probably have to frame them. Since they're small it won't be very expensive and you'll make it all back. Traditionally watercolor paintings are matted as well. The matting is cheaper than the frame.

PS I'll say around $50 - $75 finished product and with the price of the pro framing job, you should make roughly $30 profit for each one which is not bad for a first time.

Finding your own frame might mean you have to cut your paper and I do not recommend doing that.

Reply: That's good you won't have to pay for a frame job and you can keep the entire profit :)

    Hm... I really like both!

I'd say at the LOWEST, $40 for the first and $35 for the second, but you could get a lot more probably.
