if eye was designed to see the whole verity of electromagnetic waves, than humans would have had a very stressful life coming across those beams on daily basis, god created eyes to suit only our demands.

I've seen eye diagrams--of humans, of cuttlefish, of octopi... there's a very clear pattern.
I'll be more than happy to say that it's a result of evolution, which is a physical process that takes place over time.
Now, it's your turn. Take a look at a diagram of an eye. Would you intelligently-design such a thing with a retina that's inside out, thus necessitating a blindspot for the optic nerve to go to the brain?

The amusing thing about this question it that it shows that you have not properly researched the mechanisms by which people that support the theory of evolution actually think that it happened. This is obvious due to the fact that Darwin himself in Origin of Species dealt with the problem of the evolution of the eye.
I would suggest that you read Origin of Species before you start asking more questions about evolution as many of the issues that you have with the theory are dealt with in the very first book published about the theory.

an eye is simple, and could evolve gradually. a mutation that aloud 5% vision, just enough to make out basic light and dark, would be advantageous to survival. such a large advantage that it would improve through the process of natural selection

The eye is not perfect. Have you ever looked at the electromagnetic spectrum? We can only view an incredibly small amount of it. If it were designed we would be able to see ultraviolet, radiation, and other harmful waves

It consists of water, carbon, and other elements, which are all found abundant in the universe, so yes. As long as you say a god did everything instead of reading what science has learned, you will remain and sound uneducated to the rest of an advancing world.

The eye evolved about 40 different times and it has already been shown to go through evolutionary stages.

3.9 billion years of evolution created it, but Multicell life only appeared 400 Million years ago, Its been very slow

The eye as an example of irreducible complexity has been discredited several times, along with flagella and bananas.
Furthermore, even if you were right, how would you explain something as complex as God coming into being without relying on special pleading?

Perfect design and yes time and matter it is.

considering their are examples of eyes in all different stages evident in nature, yes.
