Only if the children are NOT punished. Maybe the real solution here is to punish children as adults when they commit adult crimes. The parents' punishment would come in the form of watching a poorly raised child rot in prison.

Since this is not a text message, better use of the English language should be used to attempt to get your point across. As for a parent taking responsibility for the actions of their children, yes I believe this should happen. Too many parents allow their children to behave in improper manners then try to blame someone else. It is the parent's job to raise their children and teach them right from wrong. If the child is a minor, then at least some of the blame should fall on the parents.

Parents should be punished for your apparant lack of education.
