No, there never has been and never will be.
The debate will go something like this
Creatard: "I don't understand science or how science works but I believe in magic because I don't understand x section pertaining to x topic and this book claims that it does exist."
Scientist: ...

If I understand you to mean: are there creation scientists who can offer a reasonable debate with a mainstream scientist? The answer is no. Creation science isn't science. For the same reason, an alchemist cannot offer a reasonable debate with a mainstream chemist. Forget the aims of the alchemist, forget his motivations, forget his goals--the fact is, science explores the world as it is. Alchemy doesn't actually explore anything at all.
Similarly, creation science doesn't seek to understand the world. They seek to prove that a nonscientific entity is possible, and usually go about trying to poke holes in theories that they very clearly don't understand at all, as if they're the only conceivable alternative to the mainstream. There's no point in debating the merits because they promote no scientific theory. They make no testable predictions that can be explored. They're just a bunch of assertions that the mainstream has it wrong.
You can always debate the merits of scientific exploration versus faith, but that debate is about epistemology, not scientific theory.

Many are good debaters. But that doesn't mean they are right or smart. They just know how to use fallacies.
