The best and most reliable tool that I've ever used is a tool called DVD Copy.
You can backup and copy commercial DVDs with CSS, RC and RCE protection easily. Without complicated setting, this DVD Copy gives you the total freedom to copy and backup all DVD movies to DVD disc in 1:1 ratio, or save DVD movies to hard drive as DVD Folder or ISO image file.
You should really give it a try. You may check out step by step guide at:

I recommend you Tipard DVD Cloner 6.
With this software you can easily clone DVD movie to DVD in 1:1 ratio, compress DVD-9 to DVD-5, clone DVD to DVD folder or ISO file in perfect quality.
Apart from the backup DVD function, it can also burn local DVD Folders or ISO image Files to DVD disk.
Plus, you can choose full disc or main movie to copy, select audio track and subtitle, and include or skip menu to meet your specific need.
And it's easy to use.
Hope this can help you!

There is no such thing available to the public for copyrighted DVD's - otherwise everyone would just make million of copies. DVD/CD duplicator machines will not duplicate copyrighted DVD's.
There is software that will do it...just google DVD copying software. It is illegal if that matters to you.
