What things should i do @ my 12 b-day party?
I plan on having my 12 b-day party @ a hotel with some of my friends from school itll be around 10-20 people.I need some fun things to do in the hotel and suggestions of hotels with somewhat cheap yet awsome penthouse suites that we can use for the night

You won't find a hotel that will be okay with lots of loud noise.
Other stays in the hotel will complain. A bunch of squealing preteens won't mix well with people who are actually using the hotel for what it's for. Hotels are meant to be a a private place to get a good-night's rest while away from home. A hotel is not for a birthday party.
You're going to hard time finding one. Try a resort, perhaps. Resorts are all about partying.
