I'd go with this lol
Name: The Island of Eden
1) No breaking any of the Ten Commandments
2) No taxes, only money taken out of income is 25% of all money earned must be given to a charity (no greed)
3) No racism of any kind
4) No violence
5) No vigilantes (No taking the law into your own hands)
6) No use of anything that damages the environment (eg No burning fossil fuels)
7) No inequality - everyone must be treated the same.

If were made emperor of a country:
1) No gum allowed. Because people can't properly throw gum away and I always end up stepping in it, no gum will be allowed. Besides, it is pretty much useless. Just go brush your teeth.
2) Speed limit different for different lanes of a multilane highway
Example: Left lane is for fast moving traffic - 75 MPH
center lane is for moderate moving traffic - 70 MPH
right lane is for entering/exiting traffic - 65 MPH

no driving without a permit
you cant buy a gun until ur 18
no drinking under 21
no smoking under 18
no buying weapons from other countries
no selling children
no kidnapping
no rapping
i mean its simple just think up a lot of bad things that people do here
