Downloading/sending movies!!!!?

I am trying...have been trying... to send a home movie to our local TV station for broadcast. I go to Mediashare and follow the steps. It takes FOREVER. Then I check back, like the next morning and it says it failed. No reason. I tried saving it to my computer and can't find it even though I followed the links exactly. I am sooo frustrated. Ho does this work? HELP!

    If your using dial-up, it will take forever, then time-out. Mail them a DVD - another frustrating challenge.

    Save movie file to Desktop then send via email or post if possible.
