Stop napping during the day, and force yourself out of bed at a reasonable time in the morning, I would think with a two year old you would be up around 7am. That way you'll be more tired in the evening and more likely to sleep through the night. Stop taking sleep aides whilst you're pregnant, no drugs are good for your baby.
Try having a bath right before you crawl into bed and then read before you go to sleep, that used to help me.

Take your prenatal vitamin after supper. I know it sounds weird but it helped me. If I took mine in the am and I would be tired and hungry all day so I started taking it after supper and I slept like a baby. I wouldnt suggest taking any sleep aids unless instructed to by a dr.
