It is kinda different effect when your muscles is used to work out and later on you'll stop doing your routines. For almost 12 years of playing baseball everyday I do my trainings and exercises to stay fit and strong. I even maintained a vitamins that is rich in protein. After 3 years of not doing such routine. Then I played softball for an invitational game. I did my warm ups and that could be my first warm up for 3 years of not playing the game. What happened is when I did a sprint to first base I can really feel the muscle pain in my leg and that took me 1 month to recover. Since then I started working it out doing my routines that what I am used to before.

yea bro i experienced the comparable type state of affairs, for a while you do no longer benefit any wait reason the physique is applying quite a number of ability from energy to heal the harm. in spite of the shown fact that, in the direction of that week 5, week 6, you do finally end up gaining weight and dropping muscle tissues. no longer something significant in spite of the shown fact that. I keep in mind i separated my shoulder playing soccer and the surgeon stated "4-6" weeks, and afterwards even with the reality that i replaced into completely out of shape, i've got been given lower back at the same time in some week or 2 weeks, so yeah its a setback yet no longer a considerable one.

They would slowly start to pass off, but why are you really asking this question? Why do you want to stop workout? It's extremely healthy, and by your question, I believe you were serious about workout and know a lot, so there is no reason to stop, keeps you healthy!
