Samsung Blu-Ray DVD player, won't work on Blu-Ray discs?

I have a Samsung, Blu0Ray player, but recently, when I try to play a Blu-Ray disc, from Netflix, they start, after uploading, then seize up, I've tried, cleaning them, polishing them, but with no success,

Samsung, hasn't answered my question or how to fix this issue. I can view, regular DVDs and the wireless down-streaming from Netflix, works great.

So for now, I don't rent Blu-Ray movies, which, bugs me. Although, with the upgrading to 1080P. the picture is just as good, but not quite,

Any ideas, what the problem is. Is it just Netflix discs, or something else? All I get now, is just the warning on not to copy from the FBI, etc, but then when the movie is supposed to start, it just locks up and I have to turn it off then back on to eject the disc. Any suggestions, would be appreciated.

Update:

Thanks AVDaddy, Yes I did check that, sorry, I didn't include that in my question. I do have the latest Firmware.

Update 2:

Samsung got back to me, not with a fix, but a suggestion, that I just wait for the new firmware. They said, they would pass on my problem to the guys, that write the firmware.

if there always has questions, I think you can make another formats

as usual, DVD player can not be compatible with Blu-ray discs, so you'd better convert blu-ray to DVD formats

the converter ---bluray-rippers.com is not bad

with it , you can convert blu-ray to all mainstream videos like AVI, WMV, RM, DVD formats , etc

you can have a try! good luck!!
