Tank cycling. Ammonia slightly high. What's next?

10 gallon tank. A few tetras in it. Been set up for 1 month. Ammonia yesterday and today is slightly high. About a .15 or .20. Do i leave it and it goes down or shall I do small water change and how often? When will it go to zero or is that up to my water changes? Ive had smaller tanks and never noticed the cycle, somehow worked out on its own I guess. Thanks, I just dont want the fishies to have any trouble!

I would not worry to much, however, I would watch how much food you are feeding them, I usually feed my fish everyother day. Check again after lowering the amt of food. 10 gallon tanks are very hard to maintain especially if you are overfeeding. Feed one or two flakes per fish.
