Comparing USA to Israel/ could illegal Mexican immigrants demand to be recognized as an independent state?
As Mexican refugees continue to flee from the atrocities performed by the drug gangs that rule there,,could they possibly form and independent state, within US borders, similar to the Gaza,Israel conflict

The Palestinian Mandate was a part of the British Empire that the Brits took control over following the collapse of the Ottoman Empire. There was no country there, no established borders of any nation inside of it, and the Brits tried to divide it up amongst existing groups, similar to the division of the South Asian subcontinent into India and Pakistan (which later split into Pakistan and Bangladesh). There had never been an Arab country there. Jordan got over 75%, and the Brits handed that land over to a family of Saudis. Israel was about 10%, formed on land already purchased by the Jewish people. The Arabs got a second, smaller state that would be broken up following THEIR failed war on Israel in 1948, then annexed by Jordan and Egypt in 1950, before falling into Israeli hands in 1967 and becoming the focus of the myth of Palestinian nationalism ever since.
The US is an established country, with established borders, and every right to national sovereignty over them. If the US ever collapsed into a bunch of warring territories, Mexican illegals would have as much of a shot at forming a state in any territory tthereinas anyone else in the area.
To say nothing of the fact that Mexican illegals already had a country that considers them its citizens, while the majority of Jews who were in Israel when it formed either had lived there for four millenia straight, or were displaced persons.
Or the fact that the Ottomans invited the Jews in prior to the collapse of their Empire.
In short, there is no comparison to be made between the US and the British Mandate that once comprised Jordan, Israel, and the Territories. Any historical knowledge of the region, whatsoever, would have told you that.

You are right of course!
Let's consider modern Israel first. It was quasi-created as an "establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people" by the British Balfour declaration in 1917. What land did that include? -- "The whole of historic Palestine, including Transjordan," according to 1936 Peel Commission records research. Transjordan is now what is known as the West Bank and Jordan. "Historic Palestine" includes modern Israel and Gaza.
In your model the splitting of "Palestine the Jewish Homeland" into Jordan and Israel would be like the splitting of the New World between Spain and Britain, with regards Mexico and the American colonies. In reconsidering the Balfour Declaration during the early twentieth century the British colonial powers wanted Jordan to to be the place for the Arabs not wishing to remain in the Jewish homeland.
But that is not good enough for the jihad inspired Jew hating modern Palestinians. Just as having the huge and resource rich nation of Mexico is NOT good enough for the most Anglo/Gringo hateful members of La Raza and affliates. I've lived for over a year in Mexico City, I got to observe and know some of them. But in Mexico City they are sedate and well-mannered. In Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and especially California they are obnoxious and vicious.
You betcha that in time, maybe soon, they will appear in NGO conclave or UN tribunal and demand exactly what you say -- unless WE SHOW WE HAVE BACKBONE, MIGHT AND THE WILL TO USE IT WISELY AND FIRMLY.

I cannot see that ever happening, but your interpretation of Palestine is not justified as Israel has no borders and the only country in the world who keeps stealing poor peoples land and killing women and children.
Balfour treaty is a scam for payback for US's introduction to the First World war by the Ashkenazim jews to help the British fight against Germany, Ashkenazim jews who are of European origin and have no blood connection to the authentic jews of the middle east at all but are originally from Khazar (Eastern European).
The Zionists were also offered land in Uganda for the Balflour treaty scam.
They had no home land so they scamed and have adopted Israel and are pretending to be jews, when they are Zionists with an agenda.
Due to the Balflour treaty, which was a scam payment, Nazi Germany never forgot and consequently we had the mistreatment of Jews in Germany by Hitler in the Second World War.

No that will never ever happen. They already have a country they just need to fight for Mexico the way they fight to stay in the US illegally. Stand up for Mexico IN Mexico. If its that bad then why aren't all the illegal aliens down there defending their homeland against the drug cartels? Only cowards run away when their nation needs them.Use all that energy you expend coming to this country illegally or overstaying visas ,marching, protesting, demanding rights and entitlements you have no right to have .Go back and do this in Mexico get your supporters to stand beside you in Mexico and fight as hard there as they do here..I
La Raza,MEchA,Mexican Movement,Brown Berets,ACLU,bleeding heart liberals and all the other illegal alien sympathizers will be glad to help you fight for your "rights" in Mexico dont you think ?

Yes they could demand to be recognized as an independent state; that is not to say the US government will recognize them as an independent state though.

I'm surprised that haven't tried it yet. I'm sure they will, as the more of them that are in this country, the bolder they get. See all the protests against our laws, and the illegals boldly walking up to people's front doors soliciting votes? They are getting to that point, I can see it now.
