In democracies..there should be a vote...how you vote, who votes, why you vote
etc. is secondary...as long as there is a vote.
In authoritarian regimes too...there is also a voting procedure...but only one party,
one leader, one ideology, no debate, no dissident and abuse of power is the
realm of the day...for ever.
