Chiron is about 'heartache'. It's not a planet, but an 'influence' that tells you what you need to 'work through' in this life.
The first house is about self, who you are in public. Taurus is all about security. Chiron in the first house means that you (in this life) are dealing with being who you are in public, while living with who you are in private. Apparently in a past life you sacrificed who you were with who people thought you were. (Example: You may have been a humanitarian in a past life, but people thought you were selfish and absorbed, and because of that , you 'acted' selfish to save face.) In this life, you aren't suppoed to... You are supposed to be who you really are.
Fight the need to be what people think you are, and be who you know you are.
