Plumbing drain question?

Trying to remove old plastic shower base, drain in center. I can see a white plastic ring over the hole in the pan. The drain line looks like a copper pipe inside another bigger one with lead in between. I can't remove the plastic ring that's holding the shower down, the whole trap assembly moves up and down. Any guidance will be appreciated. Thanks

Need to remove the lead.Try drilling holes in it as close together as possible but be prepared to break a bit or two. Then try prying it out with a screwdriver.
