Ford Escape hard starting question?
My wife and I bought a '04 ford escape. The car runs great but when we first start it or basically we turn it over. The car will turn over but wont start, then if we try again it usually starts up but kind of hard. Someone hinted at a cold start switch? any ideas?

it could be your timing, have you done a tune up on it like spark plugs, sparkplug wires, fuel filter. might also be that your fuel pump it starting to go bad check your fuel pressure and fuel filter might be time to change it.
