Chris did a pretty good job going off the top of his head. But he did miss one thing - the King and His Court did have a first baseman - they used a pitcher (Feigner) catcher, shortstop and first baseman. The reason for 4 players was to ensure enough hitters if the bases were loaded.

My father played a couple of times against them in the late fifties and early sixties (he was a pretty fair pitcher himself). And not only were they all great players, they were also incredible showmen as well - sort of the Harlem Globetrotters of softball. Feigner would pitch behind his back, between his legs and even blindfolded. He also would sometimes go all the way out to second base and pitch from there and still strike guys out.

The Kng and His Court actually still exist. Feigner passed away a while back , but the team continues to tour the country - usually playing games for charity. Their website is below.
