Always sad at the same time every day?
im always sad around the same time of day, usually every day. its in the afternoon like about whatever time the sun sets, and after its dark i usually feel better. is somthing wrong with me? please help

I have anxiety and depression. Every day I work from 11-4pm. At 4pm my anxiety kicks in and I do not know why. Also, during the winter I am depressed. I believe that's seasonal depression? ha. Just to let you know you're not alone... not sure the cause of it though.
