The Sony HDR-CX500 series, Canon HF S series and Panasonic HDC series all can record 1080p and have a SD card slot. They also have a lens filter screw mount so you can add a wide angle lens and they all have a 1/8" (3.5mm) stereo audio-in jack for an external mic - or an XLR adapter for mics using XLR connectors.
