Replacing m15x Graphics Card.?

I bought an Alienware m15x 4 months ago. It's my first laptop and I just started playing Starcraft 2 with it.

I have a 512MB NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 240M card right now, but I want to upgrade a step to the ATI Radeon HD 5730 card.(since that's what alienware recommended). When I was customizing the laptop on their website, I didnt bother to upgrade it, but I can't play SC2 with High Visual settings like my friends. I have to play on Low instead of Ultra...

Can I take it somewhere, like Best Buy, to have them upgrade it for me? Or am I stuck with this card?

I found this video, the guy takes the graphics card out at about 8 minutes in. Can i just put the new one in? Is it plug and Play?

While it can be done it's not recommended unless you REALLY know what you are doing. These laptop graphics cards are far more fragile and integral to the system than on desktops.

You MUST purchase one with almost identical size and pin configuration otherwise it won't fit and as such won't work. You will also need to install the display driver for it as well. Make absolutely certain that the hardware you are going to buy will work exactly the same only faster! If you make a mistake your M15x is bricked.

In most cases you can't really change the graphic card of a laptop. Also Bestbuy will charge you like 100 or more dollars for the install.

you won't be able to enhance pictures card in a laptop. no possibility. basically issues you are able to improve in a laptop is CPU and RAM. and intensely some the its no longer properly worth upgrading CPU because of the fact they're laptop CPU are very overpriced.
