Taking fat burning supplements with whey protein?
I used to be obese. i am 5 foot 8 and used to be an obese piece of **** at a weight of 210. This was about 8 months ago and now I am about 145 pounds with defined muscle in the upper body and legs. I can feel my abs when i flex but only see them when I am not bloated at all. I have come to the point where nothing is working to get rid of the last chunk of belly fat. I diet properly and exercise HARD consisting of LONG distance runs, hard sprinting, and hard lifting with whey protein. I take part in boxing and I play soccer and football. I have gone through cycles of different diet plans and this chunk is still keeping me from showing off my body. I am now taking into consideration of taking OxyElite Pro which is the highest rated fat burning supplement on my favorite review website. Would it be dangerous to take this and would it be bad to take this with whey protein? What else could I do different to get rid of this last chunk of fat?
I am not talking about spot reducing I want to get rid of all fat and look like Rambo.
I haven't started taking any pills for the retards that don't read the question.

All those pill are going to kill u so i suggested to sotp taking supplements and whey

Congratulations on hitting 145, that's pretty awesome.
... I'd play with the diet before going into fat burning pills (there are many negative side effects to them). I'm not sure what your diet looks like now, .. if you eat a lot of fruit, remove it until you reach your goal. Another thing to look into is carb cycling - that may help.

that last bit of belly fat is because your diet still isn't right, see a nutritionist and forget about the fat burning supplement, the dangers are higher than the payout
just keep changing your exercise routine

Choose faster-paced brands of yoga such as Ashtanga or even Vinyasa to burn more calories while also receiving a good stretch.

Don't just endure there! Do squats while combing your teeth, calf raises whilst standing in line, or lunges while chatting about the phone.
