I swear the songs lost were in my ipod because some of them are on my most played. I haven't deleted them and I've tried searching for them in my ipod but I can't find them...

Why not try to check iTunes?
Sometimes, once in a while, they will lose the songs. If there is an exclamation mark beside a song, that means that you will have to find it.
Just, click play song and it will say that the file is lost and you will have to find it.
I hope this kind of helps.
