Bestbuy error should i suffer for it?
Ok i ordered a 52" TV from Bestbuys website for a low price and i received the confirmation and everything necessary to pick up my tv. I couple hours later a receive another email saying that my order was cancelled due to the listing price being incorrect, but they have already run the billing process and my money in my bank account is in pending to the payment. Will i be able to complain and possible get my tv for that price for false advertisement or anything else of that matter?
The original retail price for the TV was $1,299, the asking price that i paid was $400, that doesnt seem too harsh for me.

"Pending" is not a sale. If they transaction hasn't completed (you haven't signed for the merchandise" either side can still cancel. There is no fraud here.

This has happened before, TVs were going for 10 bucks due to an error, they said they did not have to carry out the orders and refunded the money. Its in the Legal section at the bottom of the page somewhere. Saying something like Typos happen :D

It happens. If it seems to be too good to be true, it usual is. I look at it this way. Say it was your business. Could you afford to stay in business if someone made $900 mistakes? And for how long? You could tell them for customer satisfaction they could at least give you a gift card.
