Shia: Aren't your Hadith narrators too religious to be believed?

We all agree (Sunnis and Shia) that the first and foremost rule to accepting any narration is that the narrator has to be PIOUS, and piety means strict and strong adherence to one's religion.

That said, Sunnis will reject any narrator that is said to have lied even ONCE in his life time, however, piety in the Shia religion is measured differently. The narrator has to enjoy practising Taqiyah cause it comprises 9/10 of his religion.

So how can we believe any Shia narration while we know that the most important criterion required there is actually the mastery of lying?

    Salam,

    Taqqiya is practiced you're in danger of being harmed. Secondly, It's only practiced with Non-Shi'as, while the hadith are only narrated to Shi'as..

    What's the point of disgracing a fellow muslim? @ Noub, You and I know that the majority of Shi'a don't curse the campanions, or anybody that is dead (Yes there are some) However, for the sake of being a good muslim, you shouldn't talk about people like that. There are people here who are stupid and young, and are just here to cause fitna. (Not you) You know that the Shi'a and Sunnia will never agree on Ideology. Especially on here Y/A. This is a place you can't take seriously at all. Most of it is just fitna for the hell of it. I know you're a good person, just like Pedram. Allah swt knows your intention of this question, that's why I haven't answered it.

    you can't complain brother.

    they got BOTH ends covered.

    heads THEY win.

    tails YOU loose.

    THAT is called 'fair play'.

    @pedram:

    but, do you LISTEN to it?

    @guardian:

    thanks for taqiyyah.

    tell me,

    was that a lie too?

    are you following the footsteps of 'truthseeker'

    whom MANY here thought to be a SUNNI?

    @asker:

    do you know about the taqiyyah of truthseeker!

    he gave an 'impression' of being a sunni!

    do comment.

    Source(s): you must have known this by now!
  • please tell me how you have come to this conclusion that a Shia narrator must practise Taqyia and that this is 9/10 of our faith?

    here is a tip for you..........

    ....do not say things which you have not read with your own eyes and can not prove in detail

    p.s. maybe you should also consider not taking hadiths from nasebis......

    Source(s): truth speaks for itself.........

    @Rosy- I think you should LOL at yourself first.

    Abu Huraira ADDS to the Prophets narrations and you guys still consider him father of hadiths.
