Is there any way to stop being sore faster?

I'm pretty positive the answer is NO lol but I started working out again yesterday and I think I did too much...I can barely walk! :(

Update:

Oh, and I did do a cool down and stretching afterward...just a little out of shape!

    yea youve already done everything to reduce the soreness... maybe you could have had a protein shake afterwords... youre just going to have to deal with it, but its not so bad, i kind of like being sore because i know i worked out harder that day than the day before.

    just keep exercising and stretching! it will happen, and take some advil and relax until you work out again!

    the only way to stop being sore is the next days workout.

    Take a nice (not too hot but quite warm) bath in epsom salts. Soak for a while.

    take a warm shower, don't exercise the next day, massage the parts where your sore, drink water
