no.i have magic jack on which people call me from any part of the world and from any phone as from their landlines or their cell or from pay phone i receive their calls free.the only thing is i have to be on internet on,if not then it goes in to the message which i can receive on my cell any where if i am away from pc.
but magic jack to magic jack is free to both the sides from any where u use.

I love magicjack but like any of my countrymen we are under the weight of a greedy regime and greedy telephone companies in Haiti that are charging over 50 cents in certain places in the country per minute while next door in the Dominican Republic it is only 2 cents.
