Got hacked. how did this happen? what can i do?

I'm assuming it was thru facebook. I signed on to my account at a retail store last week and made sure i logged off too. but today at 2:45 am everyone in my address book got an email with a strange link. how can i resolve this issue?

    Change your password. As a security precaution you should change your passwords to any accounts you have online on a regular basis.

    try this site to recover/find a facebook password. it worked fine for me and the support was really good.

    Change your password. For Facebook, and all of your email accounts as well.
