Fluent Swedish-speakers? What does this mean?

if you would wright that in proper swedish, it would look like this:

"Dags att tysta dem då, Garsson.", which means "Time to quiet them down now, Garsson"

and:

"Är det tjafs?" which means something like "Is it messing around?" or "Is it bullsh*t?". I know that doesn't make much sense in english, but "tjafs" is very hard to translate. you have the verb "att tjafsa" which means "to mess around" or "to talk sh*it" or "to talk back", something like that. sorry if that was a bad explanation hope it made some sense at least.

This doesnt mean anything, it is complete bullshit, only some of the words are swedish and thos are: "tysta dom då" "är det" and its translated to: "Quiet them when" 'it" makes no sense.

I'd say you can probably translate "tjafs" with "fuss". "Tjafs" is when you complain and argue just for the sake of doing so, usually over unimportant things.

"Är det tjafs?" = "Is there a fuss going on?", "Are they making a fuss about it?", "Are they kicking up a fuss?"

It is a slight insult indeed, referring to "yuppie" (a young middle-class person with a well-paid job, who likes to show that they have a lot of money by buying expensive things & doing expensive activities).
