In Pro Tools, goto File>Bounce To Disk
name the file and bounce (bounce = save/export)
This will take as long to bounce out of Pro Tools as the length or your recording.

There is also a folder with all of your Audio files in your Pro Tools session, you can even pull them from there.
If you still have problems, ask the Recording experts at http://www.audioneeds.com/

You can either do as the other poster said and bounce the files to a two track stereo format or you can Use the export option (File > Export) to individually bounce out regions so that you can maintain multitrack capabilities.
