can anyone list cities for a girl to live in who ,with a passion unknown hates heat(summer/hot weather)?

And with a passion unkown loves the coldest winter, the coldest weather,the snowiest winter and the snowiest weather possible.

    Washington State? I used to live there...The state record in Washington is like 105 degrees.

    Northern Utah may be a good choice but then again we have a hot summer season. Maybe try states further north such as Montana. Also a city at a higher altitude is more likely to be cold which is why some mountains have snow on top year round.

    How about Northern Canada... Can't get much colder than that unless you want to live in the North Pole. But good luck finding food...

    Anywhere in Greenland,

    Alaska is your best bet... There are about 10 sunny days/year and like huge amounts of snow.

    there must be other factgors you will take into consideration, like jobs, education, etc. i recently visited Reykjavik Iceland and the local area, and the warmest it got for most of th emonth of June was barely 80of. you might consider Iceland as a possible location to move to.
