Does the time of the day that you eat your meals affect your weight?
I was wondering if it would be better for my weight if I had my meals earlier.
Currently, I eat "breakfast" at 3:00PM, lunch at 5:00PM and then supper at 7:00PM.
Could this be bad for my weight? Do you think that if I ate my meals earlier in the day it would be better for my weight?
The reason why I eat so late is that if I did eat my meals earlier, I find that I get hungry between them. If I were to eat breakfast, it would be at 8:00AM, and then my lunch would have to be at 11:30 when I get my break. But I get incredibly hungry while waiting for lunch. And again, I get home at 3:00PM, and by then I'm absolutely famished as well. What could I do to stop this?
I'm at a healthy weight, but I'd just like to know if I could do anything to lose just a few pounds. :)
Thank you!

What you need to do is instead of eating three larger meals, eat four or five smaller meals. Eat breakfast at 8am, lunch during your break, at 3pm when you get off, and then have your last meal around 6pm or so. Try to make breakfast your largest meal and make them smaller progressively. That will make you not as hungry throughout the day. If you are still hungry after dinner but before bed eat something very light, like an apple, grapes, etc., but try not to eat a few hours before bed. If you do this you should be good to go. :)

Time of day has NO bearing on weight gain. Excess calories have a bearing on weight gain.
