It varies. Im 17 and it still happens to me on occasion. And i have a 10 year old brother with bladder problems day and night. But kids WILL grow out of it.

Young children should stop wetting the bed before age 5. After this, it is diagnosed as nocturnal enuresis. Nocturnal enuresis is very common, though, and not a great cause for concern because it can be handled (though it might be a symptom of something bad, so being examined by a doctor and ruling that out is a good idea).
Bedwetting is a lot rarer at age 13, but still not something extraordinary. If you have ruled out a direct medical cause, then you'll probably grow out of it eventually.

A child should stop wetting the bed by 3 or 4 at the latest. If it continues past that point, the child needs to go to the doctor and be checked thoroughly to make sure the kidneys and bladder is OK. Good luck...hope this helps.

It depends on the child. Some children have smaller bladders or sleep deeper than others. My daughter is 6 and still wets the bed a couple nights a week.
And yes I have taken her to the doctor and he said she is fine (one of his kids wet the bed until they were 10).
I would ask your doctor.

If your child is 13 and still wetting the bed they may have bladder or kidney issues.
Or they may be trying to tell you something. Often children who are molested wet the bed(i'm not saying your child could be molested i'm saying something that causes them stress)
Go to the doctor. Good luck
