Don't know but if anyone know where to get Jellied Veal I would be grateful. I have tried the food halls of Harrods, Selfridges, F&M to no avail.

Best & most authentic I've found is made by Uesinger's in Milwaukee, WI. They have a website and you can order on line with your plastic. I've gotten their summer sausage for years and it's first class stuff. Their liver sausage is sometimes called 'liverwurst" and is made with natural casings. Try it out!

What I do remember is touring a sausage factory. They showed us how the animals were slaughtered and how the workers had on these nice clean white coats that looked especially fetching with various entrails resting on their shoulders. The sight of the sausage innards being squeezed into -you get the idea. I never ate sausage again.
