If I understand you correctly, you are making a Task Management solution? Every installation for Tasking is unique and varies by each company / organizational requirements, thus IMHO, it takes programming if you wanted interactivity between your computer location and the visitors to your location. Maybe if you posted the link to whatever Starbucks planner you want, maybe we could give more guidance.
