Primary source=Your major area of information
Secondary source=Another area of information
Bias has 7 definition in my dictionary, the most common is:an inclination or preference that influences judgment; prejudice.

A primary source is a text written, or another piece of research produced (eg. film, interview, etc) at the time an event took place. For example, if you were writing about the 1960's in America, the tape footage of the John F. Kennedy's assignation would be a primary source. Similarly, audio recordings of MLK's 'I Have a Dream' speech would be a primary source. Poetry and music performed and written at the time would also be considered a primary source.
Secondary sources interpret primary sources. Your encyclopedia or text books are secondary sources as they utilize primary sources to present their information. They do not have any original primary research. Also any criticism (particularly literary, political, etc. criticism) as it takes a primary source and interprets and criticizes it, is secondary.
Bias is just what it sounds like. An inclination or personal opinion that a person may have which may skew the information they present or they way in which they write about said information, as the expense of other points of view.
Hope that helps.
