Is it possible to have a hairdresser thin out your hair?
My hair is ridiculously thick. Seriously. My friend is told her hair is thick, and if I put my hair in pigtails, one pigtail is the same as her ponytail. It really is that bad. I shower before school and when I get home it's still wet. My hair looks ridiculous unless I spend legit 3 hours on it. So is this possible?

Yes you can get some of that bulk thinned out by your hair stylist. There are also many smoothing products out there that might help. Ask your hair stylist for some advice.

Yes. Find a good salon and tell the hair dresser the exact problem and what you want your hair to be like

yes it is possible, i use a razor or thinning shears to get rid of the bulk and fullness. My cousin has thick hair and i do this for her

Yes you can get it thinned out professionally. Call the salon first to make sure they can do it.

They can thin it out for you, just ask. Also having layers in your hair makes it lighter.
