Boneless spare ribs - how should I cook them?
I have some boneless spare ribs thawing at home for dinner tonight. Anyone have some good recipes? Grill or bake, BBQ or something else? I have never made ribs before but want to give it a try.... Any help would be great! Thanks

Here's a great recipe for tender ribs. I found it online the other day and tried it out, from now on I will always use this method.
Heat oven to 375 degrees
-In a shallow baking pan large enough to fit the ribs add an inch of water and a few good tablespoons of lemon juice (The acid will help to break down the meat to make it tender.
-Make your own rub for the ribs, rub it in good, and add ribs to the baking pan (I usually use some pepper, salt, paprika, garlic, steak seasoning, etc..)
-Cover the pan with tin foil and cook at 375 for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours depending on how thick the ribs are.
-Uncover the pan add your favourite barbecue sauce (I use dianna's) and broil for 5-10 minutes until sauce caramelizes.
-Bon Appétit
I also use this for ribs with the bone in - they will all off the bone!

if you have a gas grill where you can regulate the temp preheat to 225 to 250 make a rub
mix brown sugar with salt pepper garlic herbs paprika use about 1/2 cup brown sugar then and the other spices about 2 table spoons each (but for salt do that to taste) and taste it make it you your liking rub the ribs a hour or two before grilling. place them on the grill away for the heat off to the side and cook for about 3 to for 4 hours depending on the size of the ribs.
you can spread on some sauce toward the end turn up the heat to roast the sauce on give it that nice grilled taste

i simmer/boil the ribs for a while like 30-40 mins. if you have meat tenderizer u can put that in the water. then i remove the ribs, cover with sauce, and bake at 375 for about another half hour. baste a few times with fresh sauce. bake for about another half hour. season any meat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Put them in a crock pot; pour in a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce; add water to cover; cook on HI 2-3 hrs, or LO 5-7 hrs.
