He cares, i'm starting but I don't know how to show it.. will he eventually give up :( ?

I know that this guy likes me a lot, we've been going out for 3 months now, it feels like nothing. But for me, it takes a while to truly like someone, and i'm starting to.

I really want this to last, but were still young and what if he gives up on it? (Even though, hes the type of person who wouldnt.. and Were 16).

Do you guys know how to keep a solid relationship? Sometimes i feel bad for him cause i almost feel like i dont care enough.. Heelp?

And also, i told him this yesterday, but i have like this fear of public affection.. kissing. im a very shy person and i cant really grow outa it, i think it bugs him too cause he feels like i don't want people to see "US" in public .. Help!?
