Is there a level of education between a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree?
It's probably a dumb question.. but after you get a Bachelors, is there a degree in between that and a Masters? like a 2yr post-grad degree?

No, you go right for your masters. Some colleges have options where, instead of getting your bachelors degree and then going on two more years for a masters, you can go for five years and take advanced classes, and then graduate after five years with a bachelors degree and a masters degree.

No.
I know people that have switched careers and received a second bachelors degree, but that is no different than receiving that first bachelors degree.
