Going to St Lucia for Christmas, know any Catholic churches in the area of the port?

It's a day trip off the cruise ship, arriving in the am

    You should be able to visit the Minor Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, which is situated in the centre of Castries. The cathedral is a beautiful Victorian style church set in the middle of the city of Castries. For more information, contact the church.

    It is a small town and it is all in easy walking distance. We were struck by the number of police officers on duty near the port -- they are making a real effort to look after cruise ship passengers -- and you can ask directions of them. Enjoy your trip!
