What's wrong with me?
Lately I've been feeling really spacy. I can stare off into space so easily and I have to force myself not to sometimes. Am I just tired or what? (I'm in 10th grade)

Ignore the first answer.
What a douche.
If you haven't been sleeping much, that could be it.
Try sleeping an hour more each night.
If that doesn't work, try changing your diet.
Fruits and vegetables can improve your health in several ways.
If you feel spacey anymore, contact you doctor and/or talk to your school counselor.

You could be bored. That is really possible.
You could have ADD, too.
But before we slap a label on you - what are your eating and sleeping habits like? Are you getting at least 6-8 hours of sleep? Are you eating breakfast, and finish your caloric intake at least 4 hours before you go to bed? Are you eating at least 1500 calories a day (less than that, you could be pushing anorexic, depending on your activity level)? When you have your period, does the spacy-ness get worse? Do you sometimes feel lightheaded (especially when you stand up)? Do you find you sometimes get scared for no reason?
There could be a ton of reasons why you feel this way, and they aren't necessarily "all in your head".
Try talking to a regular doctor about your spacy feelings, and point out any times in which they are worse or better (during your period, when you just stand up, when you're in a tight place, etc) and they will be able to help you go in the right direction.
If you suspect that you are just bored, try doodling on the corner of your notebook. Studies have shown that casual doodling can help a person concentrate, as their brain will be tying words to an action and an image.

Your body will be doing all sorts of funny things for a few years yet, It's all to do with growing up.
Just try to eat a well balanced diet and everything will turn out just fine

don't worry am sometimes like that.. just get something for you to focus on..
like drawing or watching or .. well the internet.
also well if you have not gotten any sleep..
then well go to sleep.
you well feel more focus after you wake up .

Your probably just tired man, get some more sleep. And MAKE yourself listen, it will improve as long as you push yourself to do better.
