LOL. All these answers saying to go to the hospital. A little peroxide in your water is not harmful, just drink more water to get it further diluted. If you go to the ER, you will sit and wait and not get anything other than a doctor telling you that nothing is wrong (and a big bill afterward). If you are still not sure after reading my answer, just call your state poison control and talk to them.

I know this is old but hydrogen peroxide is completely safe to consume, it's better to consume food grade though. It will increase your oxygen levels in the blood, giving you a energy boost.

Drink LOTS and LOTS of water, water will dilute the hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is a bleach- Phone for an ambulance immediately this is serious! You are going to feel very sick. I think the hospital may need to pump your stomach.

Don't induce vomiting, drink milk. Lots of milk.
