Honestly i wouldn't trust any sleeping pills that are not doctor approved and recommended. the side effects can be crucial. Not to mention you can form an addiction to them. If i were you i would throw them out . It's not worth taking something that you are not sure of. Life is to precious to waste or mess up.hope this helps

If you are that worried use melatonin instead...its something the body makes and its an anti oxidant..3 mgs should do the trick and when you wake up you dont feel all groggy for the rest of the day
