I have the onset of a cold...how can I keep it from getting worse?
Sneezing. When I blow my nose it is clear though so no infection I would think. Head hurts. I took a vitamin and a paracetamol. Any other suggestions?

Get lots and lots of sleep, water, and vitamin C. Although you're never going to avoid the cold, it will get you, if you get these three things, it won't hit you as badly. Don't over-exert yourself, your body is going to need all the energy it can muster to keep the cold at bay. So if you go to the gym, just use it for the steam room. Feel better soon!

get plenty of rest drink lots of water, eat grape fruit,or oranges (cuts down on flem). Also don't take showers late at night, or take a shower then head outside soon after(keep your head warm and dry). If you drink alot of milk and eat alot of dairy try to cut down on that, to keep the mucus down. Eat Garlic or genger its a natural antiabiotic and fights colds. Dont take garlic with a regular pill form antibiotic though cause it will knock that out.
