That's up for you to decide. If you're questioning yourself so much, you probably aren't ready, which is understandable because you're only fourteen. I personally think that that's too young, but my opinion here is irrelevant and a whole other story. Most fourteen year old boys are horny, so make sure he's the right guy. The first time is sacred and there are no re-dos for it. You have so much time ahead of you to make important decisions like this.

Don't.
1) You're 14, and put aside the emotional and mental side of things. Physically, you're not doing that good for your body. What people don't tell you is that things get harmed *down there* if you lose it too early. And you can even get cervical cancer when you're older. No lie, it's one of the reasons why my nan got it.
2) He sounds like he wants to use you. If he really loved you, he wouldn't say things like "i want to f*** you". A true gentleman who loves you, wouldn't mention it until he thought you were sure as well. And then he'd say that you don't have to do it, or take your time.
3) Emotional and mental side. If it does happen that he uses you, he could just dump you a few weeks later and you'll be left feeling a bit cheap. Don't you want to lose it older? When you're in a way more serious relationship and you know that he won't leave you? I mean 14-16 year old boys, just want to sleep around most of the time.
Just think about it... Good luck.

No you should not have sex with him. Teenage sex is very dangerous and new studies report that teens who have sex before age 18 die about 15 years earlier than those who don't have sex. So it's your call, if you want to die earlier just to have sex
Source(s): I forget where the link to that study is but i'll try to find it
