Sometimes I want to kill myself?
I don't know what has happened to me in the last few weeks.
Since the time (the clocks) has/have been changed I am more depressed, somehow.
Sometimes I really think about killing myself.
Last week was a very stressful week for me.
College ended at six on Thursday.
I took the bus to the tube station, while I was waiting for the tube I thought about jumping in front of the up coming train - it seemed like I could not control myself any longer.
I just wanted to go away.
I am male by the way and 18 (in the UK - London).
Can you help?

Sounds like you have Seasonal Affective Disorder. See your GP to get it confirmed, and they can prescribe you a light box, which will help to 'reset' your brain and your depression should lift. A lot of people suffer like you, I know several friends in London who really just about crawl their way through the winter. But the light therapy all but cures it, so please give it a go. If things get really bad, go straight to hospital, and they will help immediately.

I have overdosed twice. I know how you feel. But after doing it I felt like a right prick, and im so glad I still have the chance to see that, and im not dead. Look ahead when you are sad, think of when you leave college, get the career of your choice, and make something of yourself. Be optimistic and smile, the world will smile back at you :)

You need to get yourself in a therapy session or talk to some kind of counselor.
If your having suicidal thoughts you can always call 911 or a suicide hotline.
Its never good to feel this way. I hope you feel better, good luck.

Honestly, you need to get some help fast. Call a therapist and say you need to schedule an emergency appointment right now. Life is a precious thing. People would much rather go to your birthday party instead of your funeral. Please, do me a favor, and call right now.
